Please wear a mask. We will provide you a mask which you can use on top of or instead of the mask you wear to the appointment
Please attend alone or with companions only if absolutely necessary
Please wait outside the door for the staff to let you in when we are ready to bring you in
When waiting, please maintain physical distancing of 2 meters/6 feet from others
If you develop a cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath prior to your visit, please stay home and call to inform us so we can reschedule your appointment
If you have COVID Symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath)
Self-isolate at home immediately — do not leave your home for any reason until you have been assessed. This handout has more information.
If you need a COVID test, complete the Fraser Health Online COVID-19 Testing Booking Form.
Not sure whether you need a test? Complete the BC COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool or call our office at 604-521-8522.
Do not seek care at a clinic or emergency department without calling first
PLEASE KEEP UP PHYSICAL DISTANCING
As we are getting toward immunization against COVID-19, it's important to keep up what we've been doing to reduce the spread.Physical distancing remains important. Remember to
- Stay at home when you’re sick, even if symptoms are mild
- Avoid crowded places
- This includes play dates, group walks, basketball games and gathering on the beach
- Take care of your mental well-being by checking in with loved ones and practicing self-care
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow or sleeve
- Wash your hands regularly
- Wear a mask in stores or places where you can't maintain physical distancing
- Limit your time in common spaces
- Use common amenities like laundry only when neighbours are not present in the room or you can keep two meters of distance between yourself and others
- Greet people with a wave instead of a handshake, kiss or hug
- Work from home
- Use public transportation at off-peak times
We have done a great job in flattening the curve. Let’s continue to save lives, together.
Dedicated to Patient Care
Located in the heart of New Westminster, our physicians are dedicated to providing compassionate respectful care and inspiration for the well-being of our patients. Together we learn and teach medicine to better the health of our community.
About Us
Our collaboration began with four physicians committed to quality patient-centred care and to education of the next generation of physicians in the community.
We work in central New Westminster, and are proud to work with the University of British Columbia and the Fraser Northwest Division of Family Practice to support our community's health.
We are excited to welcome medical students and residents into our practice to pass along our learned practice experience and support their future work.
